How long until I receive my order?

Once you place your order, it gets sent directly to our professional partners where skilled technicians expertly prepare your photo, print it on the metal, and ship it out within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a separate notification with tracking information once it's on its way.

What is your return and refund policy?

We want you to love your Desk Candy! If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us and we'll be happy to either reprint it perfectly or issue a full refund.
